Having eaten off both BK & Wendy's 99cent menus in the past four days (hey, the drive from Boston to NYC and back is a long one), I rate Wendy's' NINE OUT OF TEN (shy because at Wendy's in more economically depressed areas, like the South or Philly or whatever, I've seen DOUBLE cheeseburgers on the 99cent menu), and BK SIX OUT OF TEN (for crappier burgers, fewer options, fewer accoutrements, etc). Granted, they do share a ton of the responsibility for the terrible health of the lower classes in this country, but fuck that, I'm skinny and don't have kids to support, so pass the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger No Mayo!
