btw, is Gorath a solo project of yours? By that I mean did you play all the instruments?

How did you record the tracks then - using a metronome? Which instrument did you lay down first?

I'm really curious, because I'm trying to start a semi-solo project (although I'm only 16 so nowhere near as musically accomplished).

I did a few vocals. Not all of them. Everything's recorded with Cakewalk Software. First I find a guitar riff, make a drumpattern en record it. After all's finished the bass'll be put onto it. Finally it gets mixed and the vocals are add before mixing it again. Something like that...

Oh right. Would Cubase software be equally good? I can get access to that. So did you use a metronome or not?
