Black Metal mix (Savage 120/Mesa OS)

Finishing up a mix for a band im doing, This is my first black metal mix, I had some problems with reamping since the guy who did the tracking used passive pickups into a shitty passive di box, I had to use an OCD pedal just to get the savage to breakup. Drums are all replaced except for the cymbals which were done in a tiny room with some Audix F15's yuck.

Help me out if you can, ive been struggling with this mix since day one. Any suggestions are welcome.

The snare is really smashed by compression. Needs to come up a bit. The voice have too much reverb/delay. The drum lacks punch.
