I think Frozen Shadows sometimes evokes a similar atmosphere with their music, although theirs is a bit more "icy" or "wintry" or some bullshit like that.

You might also enjoy the Greek band Nocternity. I highly recommend their Onyx album as well as A Fallen Unicorn.
