Black Sabbath with Scooter Ward from Cold on Vocals

This is either Black Sabbath with Scooter Ward on vocals, or Toni Iomi's solo band with Scooter Ward on Vocals. I know its at least 5 years old. I am not sure can't find any information on it, but its fucking awesome if you like Sabbath and Cold.
