It's a very good album. It's in the same spectrum as Porcupine Tree, but it's just a really nice mellow album, even if the lyrics are incredibly sad.

I like it a lot. If you like Porcupine Tree, it's worth getting, check out the clips they have on their site.

Along the same lines (sort of - think mellow) - Pain of Salvation's newest CD, a live acoustic set, is really good. I think it comes off much better than their studio recordings. Great musicianship.

It's an amazing record. It's basically the mellow songs of PT (although the opening track has a 'heavy' riff). In some ways, it reminds me "Damnation".



One of the best records released in 2004, IMO.

It is an amazing album, one worth picking up. It shows off Steven's talent, as all his albums do. It is a litl emore mellow than the tree, but just simply amazing.

The solo to hello is one of the best solos I have heard, really a great finish to the album

"summer" is just too nice on that one. great lyrics and an excellent chord progression.

steven wilson has done an amazing job with vocals. and i wish aviv geffen had sung on a few more songs.
