Blacksmith - Strike While the Iron's Hot problem

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or if it's intentional, but when I tried to get the cd into iTunes, it doesn't allow me to rip the first track. Anyone else have this issue?

it was a problem with the data. just rename your CD tracks excluding the first one. So basically Song Title #1 goes with Track #2. The first track the computer is trying to read as data file. i think that is it. it's like the first Bal Sagoth disc year ago. but basically all the songs are on there.
