we have three "creeped out" women who won't come over, but one of them over the past few weeks has changed and even held the snake last night!

being "creeped out" by harmless snakes seems fairly retarded to me.

Indeed, I don't even think dangerous snakes should be all that creepy, they are perfectly safe so long as you don't go stand right next to them or step on them or anything.

My roommates got an albino snake yesterday... very neat though the fact that it likes to defecate on anyone and anything is a down-side.

They only eat like once every 2 weeks or so dont they? My brother always gets all excited when its feeding time. I saw a funny video of a snake demolishing a gerble or something once... It hit the thing and threw it like 5 feet into a wall. I about died.

well, the guideline is 1-2 rats per week. he can theoretically go for up to a year (!) without eating, though. we've been doing about one per week. before we got him, he hadn't eaten for a month and seemed fine.
