It's legalized in California too, but only for medical purposes. There are actually like 9 states or so that have it legalized for medicinal use and I believe Colorado is one of them. The supreme court ruled earlier this year that Federal law over rides state law so the feds could come in and bust anyone of these users in any state anytime if they'd like....if you choose to get a med card, be careful about it and use all precautions....you can get really fucked over if you're dumb about it...

i dont smoke either, but no one seems to care around here (bay area anyway). the city of santa cruz wants to legalize it in general and not just for medical purposes...i think people in sf had a similar purposal...
