Bodom in Milwaukee

I saw Children of Bodom at The Rave, two other times (December 2003 with Hypocrisy, Dimmu) and then last April with Evergrey and Iced Earth.. SO, I didn't bother going mainly because of Fear Factory and Lamb of God. How was Children of Bodom's set list? Both times I saw them they played mainly just newer songs, not even Lake Bodom 
Also, did they get to play long? Time flies when they play and it seems like not enough time for them.. maybe it just I was enjoying them a lot heh.

Yeah just wait until they Headline, then it'll be like a 90 minute show.

Oh.. and.. have any of you people from Wisconsin seen the movie "American Movie"? It's about a dude from Southeastern Wisconsin and his friends who try making a independent horror movie... it's pretty damn funny.. anyway, the two main dudes go to The Rave a lot and they were at the show the other night with Bodom.. here is a pic of them ---

I left during Fear Factory and went outside and met the whole Hatecrew including Kim Goss, i got pictures and autographs from all of them, ill post the pics once i have them.if anyone from that little crowd that was outside with Bodom sees this please post.

That was a great show indeed; my first Bodom show. I was the young dude in the Morbid Angel who was smokin a joint in their bathroom. I happened to write down the setlist after I left (which was right after bodom left):

That setlist is just about the same songs they played the 2 other times they were here. I guess because they have a lot of new fans who mainly know the new album. Hopefully someday they will get a lot more time to play and will play some old tunes.
sitting in the rain was sure worth it. for those who were there some might remember me as the guy with the bodom tattoos. 5 time seeing them. the show in finland tops them all though. they played for an hour and fifteen minutes!!! hennka said they're going to do 4 festivals in finland alone this summer. i know where i'll be. it was nice being in the rain with a bunch of people who know who the most talented band is. hope to see you all at upcoming shows.-dustin

i was there as well for the show. throwdown blew and i left when lamb went on stage. i thought that FF was decent some songs had bad reverb others were pretty good. loud as hell too. and the crowd was one of the loudest to sing with a band that ive heard.

Sowwy, was PUI again last night (posting under teh influence)...and I didn't say she was fat, just said she looks so good and I'm so fkn ugly and I wanna be thinner than she is and bla bla fukin bla.....PUI!
