i got a (custom made) patch some time ago from an eBay store called Black Attakk.
for shirts take a look at The Metal Merchant - online shop for rock, metal and more.

i hope there will be any Origin merchandise anytime soon.

you were right Black Attakk does have Borknagar patches. They have a website (only in deutsch) But I managed to translate the infos.
