I would also agree that Borknagar is the Black Metal version of Opeth! Therefore are amazing!

Hmmm, well I have to disagree. The only borknagar albums I'd consider black metal are the first two, and they ound nothng like Opeth.....

The Archaic Course is far simpler than any Opeth album, but is also more folkish and epic sounding. I can agree to the point that they are both unique in their own ways, and none can really copy their sound. But, think of it this way:

Borknagar-black metal= not Opeth, that's for sure!

Well, that's my thought anyway....

I've only heard the Borknagar album with Vintersorg on vox and it sounds great.
