Yo dudes! Haven't posted up here in ages!
A fried of mine just loaned me some KRK VXT8s and I've been going over some stuff realising how balls it sounded.
They're SO much more detailed than the Tapco S8s that I've been using for like the past 6 years. Still not sure I'm getting things right though! Guess I need a bit of time to get used to these badboys.

Drums are triggered. Kick sample that I made, Snare sample that I made plus a little bit of a single slate sample just to give it a bit more bite. Overheads are real.
Guitars are an ESP with EMG 81 in the bridge, re-amped with a 6505 with the tubscreamer emulation from PodFarm smashed in there too as my guitarist lost my real tubescreamer.
Bass is a Schecter Stiletto Custom 5. Some DI, some AmpexSVX, some Sansamp.
