Breast Augmentation

no thanks. with the way mine get squeezed i'd worry about rupturing, despite the claims that they can't. they can! :loco:

just wouldn't want anything unnatural like that in my body. however, implants for those who had their boobs taken away from cancer...well, it's better than nothing

I'm entirely against breast augmentation. First it reinforces a completely unhealthy self-image for women and it is an unnecessary health risk. I could not, in good conscious, ever support women modifying their bodies to appease male notions of how they should look, particularly in how fucked up our general notion of beauty is already. On a more personal level, having dated a few women with fake tits, I find them unpleasant. They rarely feel anything other than unnatural and all too often they reduce breast and nipple sensitivity in women.

Agree with you in principle, but don't think that the only reason a woman would ever want breast implants is because of the pressures of a male-dominated society or what have you. A lot of people are unhappy with the way they look, and when you get down to it breasts are just another physical feature.

I put them under the same category as any other kind of purely cosmetic surgery - do it if you want to. Don't do it if someone else wants you to.

Oh, I have no personal experience with women with implants.

Pics of said ownage?

As long as you don't act like one of those fucking loudmouth vegans who thinks everyone should do what they say :erk:

Nah. I'm a bastard, people doing what I say would be miserable. I think the badly worded point is that people should do what they want for themselves, not because MTV has convinced them they should do it. And having engaged the Pepsi/Coke challenge for synthetic boobies versus squishy real boobies, I have opted for the high calorie deliciousness of mother nature's home grown mammary garden fruits.
