Bruce Dickinson's Friday Rock Show

Just listened to the show with blaze discussing his new album. Plays 3 songs and discusses release, tour, his own label and cherry trifelle??? Was good stuff. Worth a listen even if a lesson in humility and how to talk to someone who has taken your job.

tracks he plays are Robot, Smile Back at Death and While You Were Gone

Interview begins at 2hrs 15mins into the show, just use the fast forward button on the BBC iplayer. at 1hr 32mins is an interview with Lauren Harris backstage on tour. Bruce plays 2 tracks of hers - Steal You Fire and Hurry Up

The program is available to listen at the website for 1 week only

That was funny. It'd be nice to see Bruce and Blaze work together because they obviously have some chemistry. The new songs are pretty damn good too.

It was funny - at the second Sydney show and the Brisbane show I couldn't actually see Janick from where I was standing until the end when he came over to Dave's side of the stage, so it was like he wasn't in the band. Can't say I noticed him missing.

I think the next nostalgic tour they should do should be a '90s Years' tour, and have both Blaze and Bruce sing on their own songs from their 2 respective 90s albums, and maybe hammering out a couple together (Man On The Edge?). THAT would be awesome.

I dont wanna be rude, or selfish.....but before they do another greatest hits tour, id love to see them do an album tour and include australia

we all know that there back catalogue is there retirment fund, but how much does someone need to retire on???

Yes, they have said they will do another album and tour, but I imagine after that they will do another of the nostalgic tours, so was just being wishful about how I would like them to do it. I wouldn't want to see it to help them with their retirement fund, I would like to see it because I am a fan of their 90s era material and would like to see it live.
