I'm with Arcane. I think I've listened to it at least 8 times back to back in the car now. Like I said earlier, as an album it's probably not as solid as most things he's done, but the songs taken individually are great.

Although I do suspect that what is floating around will be getting a final mix or balance or engineer or whatever the hell it's called before being put on the album. It seems a bit unbalanced or something.

I've listened to it about 50 times now. I still like it! Good signs. I think it's more similar to Accident of Birth more then anything else. Can't wait for the CD version

I think my favourite song on the album is Kill Devil Hill. Actually I like the first half a lot more then the second. It's a pretty heavy start for old Bruce

Haven't been here for a while myself.

I have also heard the new Dickinson album, it's not bad but nothing like as good as the Chemical Wedding, at least on first listen anyway.

I have learned however that listening to mp3 files from the net is never as good as hearing the real thing when it is released. I only ever listen to a few tracks from the net, then if I like them I buy the album. Although most of the cash goes to the record company, I still like to think I'm supporting the artist who made the music.

Now I have ADSL at home I also might be back on here a bit more...
