Burning Witch Crippled Lucifer wanted desperately

I have been searching high and low(but especially high) for Burning Witch's 'Crippled Lucifer' cd. I know it was out of print for a while then Southern Lord re-issued it but they do not carry it anymore. If anyone has a copy they are willing to part with I will make it worth your while.
