Can anyone explain where I can find this program?

I'm too lazy to search for it so I thought I'd try the easy way before I waste my time on search engines. The program I'm looking for is pretty simple. On the CS Forums I post at we all posted our desktops and one of them showed something I liked. You'll notice it in the top-right corner:

See the thing that tells the CPU fan speeds, CPU speed and temp? I want that! Anyone know where I can find it?

Yeah, I already found that one. I like it though, a lot and I am running it right now. It kicks ass. Thanks for the effort though EFF.
