Same here. But unfortunately the song is a tad too long and repetitive (which is the main problem with the post-"bloodthirst" material IMO), so i'm a bit mixed here.

I'm really hoping I have the same reaction putting this into my stereo as I did when I first popped in 'KILL'--I blew out the sub in my car cranking that bitch the first time. 
I know this is a yt rip, but this really sounds crushing. And for those complaining that this is slow and boring... I have a sneaking suspicion that this is one of the slower songs on the album; just as most of their albums contain at least one slower groovier song.

It's not because it's slow that it's boring, it's just not up to their usual quality imo

I'm loving this tune. Seems like a live BEAST. There's a new video on their metal blade page that shows them recording guitars. Don't worry guys. There's PLENTY of faster crazy CC stuff on there. Nothing wrong with slowing down the groove once or twice per decade.....

The drummer is really boring.I'm sure he limits the progression of the band.
He used to be amazing but now he's ideas are really boring.
Of course i don't want someone like george kollias(best drummer in extreme metal)to join the band,but this guy is really weak nowdays.
The guitarists and the bassist are fabulous and they deserve a better drummer.

He used to put some cool twists in his drumming here and there, and now there are only weird time signatures (which are cool) at some points and that's it, otherwise it's super generic drumming. I agree it could be better.

What the! Thats what makes Cannibal. I would like to see some so called drummers play what he plays. Its a style that is unique, and suits the band down to the ground. He has this knack of producing beats that stick in your head, and by no means is he holding back the others, that is just plain retarded!

Back then (in the older songs) his beats would stick in the head. Not anymore in the new stuff sadly (except for some parts). It's not only the drumming, it's the songwriting actually. The band did reinvent itself a bit but not ENOUGH IMO. They still have some hit songs on the last albums, and those slay live.

Its still unique, in the fact that those backward thrash beats at 200 bpm are used well for Cannibal's tunes. Their latter stuff just keeps getting better and better, it just doesn't sound like a Meshuggah riff with a super nintendo run on the end of it, like most stuff these days, it is true death metal. Can not think of a boring song on the last 4 albums, they are all well written and keep that flavour that no-one else has (apart from Canabis Corpse). Thats why they are still going strong today, and with Pat O'Brien and Rob Barrett at the helm, how can you write a "boring" song? Those blokes write riffs that are so catchy, yet so demonic, that everything else sounds generic, lifeless and cut to the shithouse. The band knows what they are doing and have 5 members that are great at their craft, and when you put that all together, boring is the last thing that I hear.

Yeah I can't think of anything bad to say about CC. One of my favorite death metal bands for sure. Obviously it's not going to be everybodies thing, but I dig berzerkerwicz's drumming. If you watch the video of them, he even recorded one song all the way through on the first take. How many death metal drummers can get close to that? Dudes a beast.

Watched the studio footage at http://www.metalblade.com/cannibalcorpse/ as posted above. Check out the lengths Pat O'Brien had to go to to have his guitar properly intonated at about 4:15 in. Milling the base plate to get that saddle back as far as he can. I know that pain.
