Carpathian Forest is a cult band, the fans love them for their cold, raw black metal. Their latest album, "Defending The Throne Of Evil", consists mainly of evil, atmospheric mid-tempo songs. It's rather good, check it out.

Carpathian Forest is a killer BM band. Defending the Throne of Evil is a brilliant album in my opinion. Great atmosphere.

A good album indeed..Their strongest in my opinion.

I saw their gig in Wacken... wasn't too impressed, but maybe it was just too much sun

Musically CF rules but sure.. their look at Wacken weren't that impressive... yes, yes i know sunshine and 30degrees are not the best enviroment for black metal.
