CATARACT is a thrash/hardcore hybrid band from Switzerland. Okay hardcore yells (if you're into that kind of thing), and the unspectacular riffs are worth a headbang or two, but at times reach nu-metal territory with a lot of two-note riffs. Might appeal to fans of KILLSWITCH ENGAGE and late period SOILWORK, but with little variety.
