I was checking out diskfactory?? any good??
Im just looking for a reasonable cost
They seemed ok

and what about there mastering??

I've used DiskFaktory for a couple projects, and a few subsequent re-pressings. They do good work, IMO. I can't say they are great about keeping you in the loop as to the status of your order (if things get held up or something). They have an online order status page you can check, which is OK.

On our last project I had them do, there was a database error and they lost a bunch of orders. The ONLY way they knew of our order was because I called them to check status, as our order status page had sat at the same place for like 2 weeks.

So it took us longer to get our CD's, and they didn't seem to care that we had paid for rush processing and shipping, etc. Still charged us for all the rushed stuff, and we got the CD's 2 weeks later than we were supposed to. I called and complained and got a discount on future orders, which worked out because we've had to re-order like 4 times.

I've never used their mastering services.

We've done both duplicating and replicating. Both products were of great quality.

They look like they do good
Sorry to hear about the delay on your order

I've had some duplication done by them before. No complaints until at least 3 or 4 of the people who bought my CD said the disc had 0 data.
Someone doing the quality control at diskfaktory must've forgot burning a few of the cd's. Meh.

Since then, I've doing stuff through kunaki.com. Simpler, yes. But they require no minimum order which is suitable for a solo project like me who doesn't tour or need bulk quantities.

The only thing I don't like about Kunaki is they have one basic CD package, no clear tray or color tray card, which I like to have.

We have sold out of a couple pressings of our first EP, so we are looking to use Kunaki to fill online orders as they come in. I just wish they offered more options, but then that would jack up the price.

Diskfaktory was great for my band when we ordered our cd!
We sent all of the songs in and album art and all that stuff,
and about a day later I got an email back from Diskfaktory saying they received our order, but required that we call them, as something had come up with our mp3's.
Turns out when iTunes converted the songs to mp3 it added a little pause to the end of some of the songs, and our album was supposed to be one of those continuous cds.
So one of the guys at Diskfaktory sat on the phone with me for about 30 minutes playing back the end of the songs through the phone and asking me where I wanted the songs to be cut, and trimmed so that the whole album flowed perfectly.
Told him we had a cd release in a few days and he put a rush on the order as well, free of charge:)
Great customer service!

Hi friend,
Regarding any type of CD duplication just visit RepliCopy.com, which helps to identically copy from an original master disk.

Thanks
