found mine on ebay a while back, usually goes for 12 - 16 euro or so. i was lucky and got mine for like 8 euro.

ebay.de the German one would be your best bet. I see them pop up from time to time.

hmm, I got mine with my copie when it came out... the DVD is really cool. you can see Johan first give some guy a accident headnut and then push him off the stage like "get the F*** off my stage"... pretty funny ^^
