CD sleeves and booklets.

kunaki.com for small orders. Once you get more than 25 some of them start arriving either defective or damaged.

You get what you pay for, one way or another. If you want a full booklet done and all professional looking, you're going to have to order at least 100 units and the price for each is going to be pretty high, by independent standards. Generally anyone in need of a professional CD is capable of selling them. At least that's the printing company's perspective. If you're looking to make 25-50 CDs on a budget your options are pretty much limited to kunaki or buying the materials from staples and making everything yourself. If you're willing to fork out the extra cash, cdbaby.com is a good option. I've known a few bands who've gone to them for orders of 100-300 units and have never received anything less than shelf standard.

Edit:
You can also try these guys. I have no experience with them, but they do quantities of 50

Found these guys the other night http://www.acdsleeve.com/

They are quite local to me too, the digipacks they do look stunning, they also do CD replication from a Master too, rates and quantites are pretty sweet since its a one man show too. I really like the look of these guys.

Another one is simply "Bandcds" and they are about 20 miles away! Similar aesthetic.

A lot of the bigger ones yeah demand a min. of say 500/1000 orders, and some companies just, just look really poor, you can type the generic "CD Jewel MFC" or "CD replication" and you get all these dime a dozen sites that all like the same distribution warehouse.
