online CD booklet printing recommendations?

any of you dealt with any online copy services for your CD booklets? I'd like to find a place (in the U.S.) that does internet-based 2-sided color copies that I could then cut and staple for a CD sleeve. Doesn't need to be a music-related printing place, just a reasonably priced place that might be more effective that walking into kinkos and getting blank stares when I describe what I want done.
