If Dark Fiber were available on CD, would you be more inclined to purchase it (or to have purchased it) instead of the downloadable version?

I'm a CD fan. I always buy the physical album.
Hell, in fact, for the bands I love, sometimes I buy their shit not only on CD, but if they go out of their way to get vinyl made up, I buy that too!

As much as I love FLAC, it's useless on my mp3 player, so MP3 it is. CDs are pretty useless to me these days, they just get ripped and put on a shelf.

I was actually suprised to see your album only in downloadable version. The wave of the future, I guess?! I'm just not there yet with that whole thing. I love to buy the physical product.

I love having the physical CD in my hand. It's not only having a hard copy of the material, but having a hard copy of the artwork, the lyrics, reading the liner notes, etc. The downloads definitely helps to reach out to people who live far away in European countries though.
CD. You're not going to go through all of that trouble mixing and mastering properly and expect me to squish it down and suck the life out of it for portability.
