I've been looking for their album "Carpet" for over a year now. HELP!, i know that ebay is probaly my best bet, but is there any place I can 100% get it? with a line up like that album had how could you not want the cd?

only place i've ever seen either ceremonial oath album was on ebay or gemm.com. other than that, download it.

Carpet is one of my favorite albums of all time, even though Anders' vocals r a lil rough, the atmoshpere and melodies are amazing.

No, Anders sung on every track. It's a common mistake people make with Ceremonial Oath. A guy called Tomas Lindberg, not the one in At the Gates played guitar in Ceremonial Oath, although not on Carpet.

Lindberg sang from Shadowed End through Hallowed Be Thy Name, at least that what it says in the booklet

the Tomas Lindberg played guitar sometime before Carpet, it's not the same Lindberg as in ATG. I don't have the booklet but i read it somewhere in an interview a while back

Wikipedia says that Tomas Lindberg played with Ceremonial Oath in his biography and one the band page. Lindberg does play guitar , but it would be very odd if two guys named Tomas Lindberg played on the same album one doing vocals and one doing guitar. We need a deinitive answer.

Anyway that BNR dude is wrong, a Tomas Lindberg was in Ceremonial Oath, not the one in ATG.

Are you deaf?

Tomas Lindberg from At The Gates sings on tracks 4-6. Anders Friden sings on 1-3 and 7. If you can't recognize Lindbergs characteristic vocals you need to listen to more At The Gates.

And yes, I do own Carpet.
