Change bpm on wavefile?

So guys, here's the deal.
We just recorded some sloppy guitars on programmed drums, then we did some really nice vocals. After listening to the song, it's way too fast and stressed. So my question, is there a plugin that can change tempo on a wavefile (the vox in this case) from let's say 250 bpm to 235 without it becoming pitched down... Just wanna stretch the file you know.

Sounds like much can go wrong there...
I was thinking more of a way to insert a new exact bpm istead of just guessing.

Cubase can do this ... and you are using Cubase SX3 according to your sig
