So, I was considering an LTD EC 1000 deluxe, or an EC 1000T/CTM, but then this bad boy caught my eye today in the store... the finish on it in person is AMAZING. This Charvel DC-1 has an EMG 81/85 set, neck-thru, oiled neck, and plays great. I played it today at the store and loved it, but my only concern is that it's made in China (although it's "Designed in the USA") and don't want it to break in a month. 
Has anyone purchased any of these types of models or familiar with them?
The store is having a 40% off sale tomorrow, so I can get this little guy for about $520 tomorrow morning, so I have to decide real soon. I'm thinking of getting it in this "trans blue" finish I saw (which ends up looking more like a blue-green/teal looking color... def looks badass!)
