I have a Model 550XL(neckthrough, 1hum/1single, schaller made floyd copy)...GREAT guitar!
plays great, good tone, great fit and finish-the only weak point it the Jackson Hum that is kinda lacking, but I can replace that pretty easy.
If you can find a Charvel "Model" series guitar for a good price in great shape..GRAB IT!

I got mine for US$250 and its in pretty good nick, the volume pot needs replacing, a few tiny chips in the paint, pick ups have lost alot of their zang, but over all fucking

I got an '87 or '88 model 3. Haven't been able to pinpoint the year. It's been through many a gig as my main axe and it's held out pretty damn well. All stock, with the shite Jackson pups and the "licensed under Floyd Rose patents" tremolo. I had a buddy of mine machine some new bridge parts a few years a go and they're better than the originals that bit the dust! It's getting some new pups once I can afford it. An 81 in the bridge and 2 Sa's should rock! Here's a shitty pic:
