They're from UK and called VENDETTA. I have their first album, Tyranny Of Minority (released in 2007 on Lion Music), which was damn fine traditional metal stuff. This is a song from their upcoming new disc, Heretic Nation. Sounds excellent to these ears. Very good production too, as it was the case with the 1st album.
