I figured that since all of you have such awesome taste in music, and a lot of you are musicians, you could check out this rough demo my band threw together.
I still have to do vocals, but give me your opinion on what we got so far.

You're taking positive steps forward although I feel you need to concentrate more on a layered sound, your sound is very clean which isn't ideal for your kind of band.

Not too bad, that clean riff is sorta Fourth Legacy Kamelot, not too bad at all.

I agree with the layering of the sounds, but the clean parts kicked ass, had much groove to them. As soon as you have something with vocals, I would like to hear it.

I really appreciate you all taking the time to listen, and give some feedback.
We wanted to get some rough pre-production demos going so we are really prepaired for the studio.
