I was wondering if Chill Out was a trend all over the world..?
A couple of yers ago we had a sort of chill-out invasion is Spain and it seemed that everyone everywhere should like that music.
it's only slow electronic music, and within that frame you can find covers of beethoven or the beatles, juicy sounds from morocco.. well, whatever.
i must admit i've ended up listening to chill out quite often. stuff like the compilations by Buddha Bar or by the super-fashion Café del Mar (in Ibiza, Balear Islands), a wonderful bar right on the sand in front of the sea, with a mediterranean decoration and furniture, a fantastic place to watch the sunset. (sorry, i'm not trying to spam anyone!) it's probably a kind of lifestyle, all this sensations around chill out music.. a sort of holiday mood for all year, I don't know. or maybe it's just the soundtrack to those self-help books ...
