Chord help

alright so heres my problem whenever I play chords like this the note on the "g" string never sounds...any ideas? or does it just take practice?

It is possible you have a dead fret or frets on your guitar, but most likely it is that you are not fretting the guitar (mashing down hard enough) correctly. My suggestion is to go to a pawn shop and buy the cheapest acoustic guitar you can find that will stay in tune and learn how to make all of those notes sound off on that with .013 strings on it. Once you are able to make that monster fret, you will be able to fret any chord your fingers can reach on the electric.
