Chris Rock on HBO....

Richard Pryor?

Chris Rock isn't even the best active stand up. Just the most famous. This special better be better than Bigger & Blacker.

Then he can kiss his career goodbye. He's hanging on by a thread, his movies are making nothing, his cds aren't selling and his tv show is long since gone. This is his attempt at a comeback.

Hanging on by a thread by doing an HBO special? How many comedians do an hour on HBO? As far as his CDs not selling, he hasnt put out a CD in quite a while, that might be why hes having poor CD sales. Hell, doesnt everybody have poor CD sales anymore? As far as his movies, well they do suck. Lets see, hanging on by a thread is being on Letterman and Stern (tomorrow). Damn, I wish my career was hanging by a thread.

Bigger and Blacker was kind of a let down.
I am looking forward to the Lewis Black special HBO is having.
Dave Attell "Skanks for the Memories" is fucking hillarious and believe it or not Bobcat Goldthwait (sp) "I don't mean to insult you but you look like Bobcat Goldthwait" is great as well.

Lewis Black is the funniest person I have heard in long time. That special is going to so funny. I have it all TivOed up. Chris Rock is still funny as hell, there will be some good laughs.

The sidekick on Dave Chapelle's show, I don't know his name, played Eddie Murphy's brother in a skit. That M'Fer is funny as hell. I just look at his face and crack up.

I'm Rick James Bitch !!!!!!! Chapelle Show Rules.

He is Eddie Murphys brother, Charlie. He's not a sidekick he's just an actor on the show, it's an ensemble cast deal.

Mitch is fucking hilarious but I saw him open for Lewis Black/Dave Attell and he really sucked that night.
I saw that show as well in cincinnati I thought Mitch was funny. I thought Dave Attell was the best but they all were good.

The HBO special this weekend was not that funny. I could not stand the way he kept repeating words and phrases over and over again, in that Chris Rock yelling voice. There were some funny parts but it was not as good as bigger and blacker
