Did anyone else find the Classic albums episode on Number Of The Beast lacking? It seemed a little slow, and didn't really uncover much behind the making of it, as opposed to the excellent feature on Dark Side Of The Moon for instance.

I can't say i've seen any of the other Classic series DVD's, but yeh I thought it could have gone into a lot more detail. I did however love the parts where Adrian Smith played guitar!

I've seen the Def Leppard - Hysteria one as well, and yeah, that was more interesting than Maiden's. Maybe because the circumstances surrounding Hysteria were more interesting, but still...

I've seen a few of the others and NOTB is far inferior. It's probably for those who know next to nothing about the band and album, because it certainly doesn't offer anything new.

The Hysteria one is great I reckon but yeah The Number Of The Beast one doesn't say much. But you do get to see Bruce Dickinson in a really bad outfit talking about The Prisoner.

It is the only one I have seen. I liked it, but yeah it did seem to just scratch the surface a bit, but then, maybe there isn't a whole lot to tell.

Hysteria one is good, as is Machine Head. I saw some of the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road one and that was pretty good.

Yeah the Metallica one is a bit lame as well...............there is a newie out on Ace of Spades...............must go purchase one day .............

Goodbye Yellow Brick Road is one of the best classic albums in the series, along with Darkside of the Moon
