Is there such a thing anymore? I enjoy a decent foul-mouthed hack just as much as the next college frat boy, but is there anybody out there you could go see with your mother or conservative significant other without feeling ... embarrassed? :Saint: It seems to me that it is much more difficult to produce decent stand-up comedy without dropping f-bombs every other word. Thoughts?

Dennis Miller maybe. I like him anyway.

Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Engvall utter the occasional swear word, but are otherwise pretty clean comics. Engvall is much funnier than Foxworthy.

Robin Williams certainly doesn't qualify as a "clean" comic.

Okay. I've never noticed him as being 'not clean.' Certain comics I notice how dirty/vulgar they are, but not really with Robin. I'll admit that I'm probably wrong ;)

Gaffigan swears, but it's rarely. And the same goes for Seinfeld and Regan. But it's no more that "What the hell is this all about" or something like that. "Clean" to me doesn't mean NO swearing, it's about joke premises. And Gaffigan, Regan, and Seinfeld keep their joke premises pretty darn clean. :) I love them all, too.

I'm a big fan of Pablo Francisco. While he does swear at times during his shows, his routine doesn't depend on it. He does seem to have a great native talent for voices, sound effects and impersonations, especially his famous "movie preview guy" voice. :)

Pablo is great!!! And I like Gabriel Iglesias too - he's not fat, he's fluffy :p

I got to see Jeff Dunham - Achmed the Dead Terrorist, Walter, Peanut n' more!! - live in January and he was freakin' awesome...

I didn't think I'd like Brian Regan when I saw some of his standups advertised on Comedy Central. He seemed kinda meat-headed. But I was well rewarded when I listened to some clips on YouTube. Now I love him and have heard just about everything he's done. I would like to see him live, but comedy shows are relatively expensive. (when I'm used to spending only about 10-15 on a metal show, spending 40-50 on a much shorter comedy show seems like a real investment!)
