clip from my new band, would like know what you guys think about the mix and the tones.
Guitars are double tracked with triple rec, bass straight DI, drums are DFHS, and vocals i used rode nt1-a

Sounds pretty good imo.
Try giving the drums a bit more life though - they tend to stand out from the mix rather than blend in with it.
They almost sound like they need to breathe abit more.
Good job though.

Yeah. I think the drums sound a little over compressed. Everything else sounds pretty good. Thats a nice tone you got for your guitars.

Slap some 'verb on those drums (to taste) and that'll help you out some. Less compression as mentioned before will help as well. Cymbals seem to be pretty darn quiet...
