Clive Burr has MS

I just heard on the Rock Report on KLOS that Clive has multiple sclerosis. The boys in Maiden are going to be doing a benefit concert so. Details are slim right now. After doing a little Googleing it appears that he has had this condition for several years (3) and IM has been doing lots of benefit work for his MS Trust. Yeah, Clive has had this for a while. They did a concert in the Brixton Academy in London as a benefit for him in 2002, some of the footage from that show has just been released for the first time on the re-release of the NOTB single here in the UK. (which got to no 3 btw!)

Yea, a couple years ago IM did a auction as a MS fund raiser for Clive. I remember a couple of the biggies auctioned off were the action Eddie head (about five feet high/wide) from the Piece of Mind tour, and the other was top four/five bidders get to ride in a plane pilot by Bruce.

Yes, a gentlemen from England invited me to go to that benefit at Brixton, but that was a little too far out of my budget!
