Ok, here are some notes we took on the road about band planning for Shroud:

    need Compressor (300), Mixing Board (1200), EQ (100), LIGHTS

    Jeremy will contact RED, Nevare, SPV
    and others, focus on getting into stores

    Jeremy could be acting manager if Dan agrees to deliver on some stuff :wave:

Oh, Band planning..... I am pursuing T shirts.
I think the main goal right now is to get evreyone paid up to Dan and the Band fund. We'll save the bloody details for band meeting....

I sent an email to dan r. about what I think we should talk about while setting up our equipment on monday night. Tour situation, try to work on older songs that we need to get up to speed with for next release. Work on (some) new material but focus more on older songs to get them down. Work on Tears, Willowsoul and Maddening Hue to add to the live set as well.

That's just some of the things I've been thinking about the past couple of weeks or so that I feel as a band we need to look into. Shirts, yes. Practice times (i.e. being on time and ready to go when we're supposed to...that's my biggest bitch), etc...

I think we should do an open floor on monday and I should really write up a list of things on my mind for this so I am prepared and have an agenda to discuss band-wise.

Ok here is the scoop on shirts from the guy you told me to call:
$5.34 a shirt, short sleeve
1 color one side, 3 colors the other

10 inch wide max (height is in perspective to width)
He needs a verbal ok to start along with the artwork
I'll try to get the artwork done for your proofing by the weekend
(will post it here)
600 dpi EPS or vector file (needs list of PMS colors)
