Colin, that looks amazing! My college roommate moved to NYC in '99 to start a studio and ran it for about 5 years before selling it and moving to CA. It's sooo hard to put the money together and get things underway.

I like how you list "Orthrelm" as a musical genre alongside new wave, tech metal, etc.
