But yes, I have to agree with you, Preacher is the best adult series ever. EVER. Garth Ennis' writing is a true inspiration to me, as I'd like to become a comic writer, and generally really fuck with characters.

i've just read one story and it was several years ago, i think it was the first one, the preacher-guy blew up a chruch and a police-man got his penis rammed up his own ass (ouch) but it was a good story, unfortunately i missed the last part :[

Preacher in its own right was a very good series. too bad it had to end. watchmen is better in my opinion.

Preacher rules. Sad it had to end, but I really think it ended at a peak, stretching it further could have made it half-hearted.
The guy who spent 10 years writing FUCK YOU over, what was it 10 acres of Arizona desert for them to see from the space shuttle, might be one of my favorite sideshow characters of any comic book. And damn, Starr gives "mutilation" a new meaning("Say, anyone ever tell ya, yer head looks like a great big pecker?")
Just a tip, anyone who like Preacher should check out Hellblazer, and also Transmetropolitan(my favorite comic series, you might guess from the avatar)
