There's certainly a lot of potential, but as it stands it's shit house.
I am sure that given the chance again, the band would do things very differently.
Yes your right (except for it being shithouse, I think it is still solid), and that is why I am anticipating their next release so much. As long as they have strong material, I think they will handle it alot better.
The thing about St. Anger is I think it's the album they did for themselves, for the good of the band. The whole 'growing together' thing or whatever and become stronger.
Thats a good point, but they still could have made it sound better, and edited some songs a little. That is all it would have taken to turn it into a classic album IMO.
