That is 100% fake, someone just burned a cd and printed the txt on it trying to ripp someone of. Go download the songs online for free on some torrent site instead of buying this - if you dont have the original on the official albums.

Hurt is on the vinyl only of the Bottom Deep.
The other ones (the edits) are only cut that has beed shorten to fit on compilations...

It could maybe be a promo that nuclear blast has sent out to magazine or something, but I have never seen it before and guess it is fake.
