Communion and the Oracle lead 1

Can anyone do the first lead correctly? I'm having a hard time transcribing it due to the delay/'verb on the lead track. I checked out a Powertab and a Guitar Pro tab and both seem to have errors. My band wants to do this song live in June and I want to have a good idea of what's going on.

Just use your ear as best as you can. Remember, you don't have to play it note for note either. Throw in your own stuff too! Preferably, put in some long high wailing notes and make a face like you're having an orgasm.
