Comp purchase

Question for you gents.

I just want some opinions on what Comp you think would be best suited for 2 buss use. Keep in mind the only other piece of outboard i have is a Presonus ADL 600 tube pre.

The toss up. One i read is transparent and the other has a tube section for color but reacts slower. I mix primarily metal.

If there is a comp around the same price range, that is better what would it be?

i definitely would NOT use the tube opto on the master

granted, the only tube opto comp i've ever used is an LA-2A, and i would never put that near a master buss. awesome comp, but not for that job.

I use it on a lot of sources (since I'm still very broke and this is my only outboard compressor) and having the regular and "supernice" mode gives it a lot of flexibility
