Concerning Lamentations

[Paradox]

I don't know if this question has ever been asked before, but I was wondering what the music was that is being played before the show and during the break between sets on the Lamentations DVD.

There are two songs that they use, both by the band Popol Vuh from the album Nosferatu

the intro to the mellow set is from the song 'Mantra 2 - Choir'
the intro to the heavy set is from the song 'Der Ruf der Rohrflöte'

Popol was a very talented band, and wrote a lot of unique and interesting material. the Nosferatu soundtrack was good...but not quite as good as most of their regular studio albums. if you enjoyed what you heard though, i recommend checking out some of their other stuff.
