Well there is a Toxic Holocaust that is a thrash band from Tampa. They are on a compilation that I have with a bunch of new thrash bands.

Didn't think a dozen or so Savatage CD covers were enough to try to get signed so I went out and grabbed a few more related items today - a fistful of awesome power metal!
That "Awesome Power Metal" sticker there on the shrink wrap is a Metal Haven seal of approval I guess. This is great stuff. Stuff I didn't pay enough attention to while I was wallowing in dm/mdm/smdm, etc, earlier in this first decade of the new millennium. I guess I'm one of those flaky fickle fans...
At any rate, I'm really hyped up for Tuesday's show.

JOP and CIIC rocked PropPower this past weekend.
Classic Savatage tunes = nothing short of amazing and LaPorte totally recreated Criss's style, which was incredible and a priceless gift for me, as I never got to see Criss live before he died.
Although I almost got trampled by my own boyfriend in the pit. Ha Ha!
Jon Oliva is so funny...with all his commentary and facials.
I'm really looking forward to seeing the show on Tuesday. And a little birdie told me "Chance" will definitely be on the set list.

lol...yeah, nothing is as hilarious as seeing someone get a facial from Jon Oliva! But thanks for the tip, I'll make sure to stay out of the front row for this one, or at least bring a towel with me.
