final destination 2: never saw pt one. brutal, disturbing imagery, especially for a silly mainstreem teen horror movie. almost works as a comedy, but would of gone better if it was one gigantic rube goldberg stunt of death.

features one of the most attractive onscreen ladies i've seen in a while:

she looks dumb there AND is totally "not my type", but she can look very mean, esp. in the movie. note the downward stroke of her eyebrows. very mean looking = very rrrrarrr in my book.

mr show 3rd season disc one: eh

the fog: omg

more coming later

I never saw part 2 but part 1-- I expected it to be a dumb teeeeen movie and while watching it was like "pretty cool," but then for a couple weeks afterward I was all messed up and paranoid.

i barely remember that film, greg, but i think i remember her in it!

FuSoYa, i can't believe you said that, yet i do, because i feel totally paranoid about it too. i don't even want to get in my car...

I thought FD1 was pretty darn good actually and I usually hate that stuff. it really surprised me.
there's that one other teen horror/action flick with the zombied-out murdering students that I can't rmember the name of that was surprisingly good, too. problem was you could totally tell the edited the fuck out of it and totally ruined the fact it was almost GREAT.

mr. show 3 is a let down. plz get season 4 out fast to make up for it. pleeeeeeease!

I just saw the Ring. CCCCREEEEEEEEEPPYY
my friend had the terribble timing of calling right during a climatic moment. damn her!

on the table:

Paths of Glory
Fritz Lang's M
the rest of The Bicycle Thief

and, if possible, a shiny new DVD of
Night of the Living Dead

i'm thinking DVDs will be the format of choice long enough that it might be worth it to start a zombie-movie collection?
