Okay, now that I've heard em both, let me say- TOP NOTCH musicianship mixed with the technical prowess is what makes Prototype a metal band's metal band. Behind those riffs is an unholy beast of precision and power that is ready to explode into the listener's face with lethal consequence and yet is under the right amount of control to keep it between "crush" and "shred". Heavy riffage and smart writing makes Prototype's forumla of music about as good as it gets in the metal scene. People would eat their own brains to get a hold of Trinity, and ask for a heaping second helping to have Continuum. \mm/ Too much metal for one hand!
